Pink & girlie

This card has been made for a girl's first B'day. This time I was trying to make a fancy borders with punches only (still haven't got a die cut machine - dear Santa, can you hear me? LOL). It was not easy, but the result is not too bad.
This is a kind of a pocket card, which I saw at somebody's blog. The card inside says: 'With best wishes from Godparents'.
The girls name is Milena and her first B'day was on 2nd July 2012 - the date on a tag is a date of her birth. This vintage photo is from HERE. I really like this little girl holding a bunch of flowers, she's so cute.
I didn't want to overload the card, but needed a 'child' accent, so I glued two pieces of puzzles. They make the card less serious.

Wow, we can't believe it is time for school already!  We want to send off the children with a bang and show appreciation to our new teacher!  So, show us your great Back to School projects! You have time until Sunday, August 12th @11:59pm!
