I'm singing in the rain, just singing in the rain... Oh well, today I should rather say 'I'm singing in the snow'. For now the spring lost its way to Poland.
But I'm in a good mood because this is the brand new challenge at
and the theme is... well...
SINGING IN THE RAIN
How surprising! LOL You can interpret it your way. My idea for this challenge theme was to give a tribute to one of the best muscials ever.
I just love to watch it.
Anyway

My DT card is about the rain literally.
For this card I used the Bugaboo image 'Decon Rain' and it is colored with promarkers. I decided to choose the paper first this time, then the colors of the image (usually I do inversely).
I wanted to make the 'rain' so I used some acrylic drops, I think it looks quite cool.
The sentiment here is a part of a Polish poem 'Lyrical conversation' and it says 'I love you in a hat and in a beret. (...) I love you in the sea. In the mountains. In wellingtons. And barefoot'. The whole poem is wonderful, it says how people talk when they are in love. I remember this poem from high school and it suits here perfectly.
The die-cut clouds are also colored with promarkers to pretend the rainy clouds.
