How to: water your flowers for spring

Today it's my first challenge as a March GDT for

This challenge is celebrating the St David's Day

My card is made according to the sketch from Take Time For You

 

and it is yellow and white mostly

 I am using the sponsor's image 'Denny with watering can'. Isn't the little dragon adorable? I've done some paper piecing here and the rest is colored with promarkers.

I've had a problem making daffodils, 'cos I haven't got such punch, but there are plenty of free templates on the web. So I think they look quite nice.

The peg is from a bouquet I received for B'day, it was a pity just to throw it away. It suits perfectly here.

There is also an embossing done and some paper scraps used - I never throw them away either!
