How to: pose with butterflies

Hello again! One for the boys and one for the girls today! The second card is this one I made for the brand new challenge at
Crafty Catz Challenge Blog Bagde
and this time our talented Jac has chosen the theme
CLEAN AND SIMPLE
Sometimes it's more difficult than making a LOL-card isn't it?
Our sponsor for this challenge is

I have gone a little bit oriental this time.
This lovely image is a sponsor's digi 'Chrysanthemum Festival' I won in one of the challenges. It's colored with Promarkers and distressed with distress ink.
I have only added some butterflies and pearls.
The sentiment says 'Best wishes' and it's a rubber stamp.
Thank you for visiting my blog!

How to: use your favourite color

My today's post is oh-so-late, but I just returned from the craftshow and have a head full of crafty things. And inky fingers. And lots of new crafty things and when my fiance sees that, I will probably be homeless LOL
Anyway
There's a new challenge going on at
and it's
FAVOURITE COLOR AS YOUR MAIN COLOR
Our sponsor this time is
They have got lots of fancy embellishments and this is my main point at the DT card today.
I received some stuff to make a card with them. They were supposed to be an embellisment, but they were so beautiful, I decided to concentrate on them. I am using the following sponsor's items: wood chips, clips and rhinestone stickers. The card is made according to the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch!
I also added some sequins, chevrons and stitches (faux).
It was very hard for me to decide, which color is my favourite. But somehow there's always a reason to use brown, and the combination of white & brown is really elegant and warm.
The sentiment says 'Best wishes'. Fortunately I bought a new one today, so there will be a variety LOL
Thank you for visiting my blog! Think about YOUR favourite color and enter our challenge to win some crafty goodies.
I am entering the following challenges with this card:

How to: sail away

Today's card is for a man's B'day and I used my fav sillicone stamp set to create it.
This card is a combination of a sketch from Retro Sketches
and a color combination from The Paper Players

Here are the stamps from Viva Decor marine set and a book page from an old Russian fairytale book. I crumpled the stamped map and distressed it with a distress ink. All layers are just torn out.
Here is a piece of burlap and some shells: one is bought at the craft shop (this one with a hole), and two has been brought by kids at my school from their summer holiday at the Baltic Sea.
The sentiment says 'Best wishes'.

How to: free yourself

Yesterday my whole invention just... PUFFFF... went away, so I spent over 3 hours thinking what the next card should be. And I couldn't decide whether I should go vintage or shabby chic or maybe cute style. Until I found THIS scrapbook paper. And then this card happened:
This card is based on a sketch from Mojo Monday

This sentiment says 'Free yourself - be yourself', and I love this little birdie.
I wanted to keep this card clean and simple, so I used some leftovers from other cards and this background paper is a sheet from an ordinary notebook.
The arrows are stickers I bought ages ago. I also made some doodling here, which I haven't been using for a while either.
Thank you for visiting my blog! Ah, and last but not least: I passed the final exams for A+!!! Now I am a proud holder of universyty degree!

How to: celebrate with sparkle

There are only 2 more hard weeks for me and I'm free!!!
Anyway I found a couple of minutes to prepare a DT card for the newest challenge at
craftycreationschallenges
which is
A SKETCH
this time.
The sketch has been prepared by Mary and it's a nice & easy one.
226 Sketch
Of course you can rotate it or add something more - it's up to you.
The sponsor for this challenge is
Clearly Besotted Stamps

My DT card is clean and simple and very accurate with the sketch this time LOL
The digi is from Stamp Fairy and you can find it HERE. I've had this stamp colored for a couple of weeks, when my first pack of promarkers arrived, but never used it for a card. Till today.
I've noticed that there are single sequins being used on many cards, so I needed to try that, too. So I've made a B'day confetti.
The sentiment says 'Best wishes' and the embossing & sentiment is on a kraft paper recycled from a bottom page of drawing pad.
Thank you for visiting my blog and join our challenge with this cool sketch!
This card is also for the following challenges:

How to: grow like a giraffe

Hello, Wednesday is here with some new fancy challenge at
craftycreationschallenges
The theme has been invented by me (yay!) and it's
BORN TO BE WILD
so you just have to use a wild animal's image or wild animal prints.
The sponsor for this challenge is
Whiff of Joy

This time I had only an hour to make a card, so I went totally CAS.
Isn't this giraffe cute? The digi is a freebie from Anne Bodil and you can find it HERE. It is colored with promarkers.
The sentiment says 'Grow healthy' and it is supposed to be a card for a kid. Giraffes are rather tall, so I added a dry embossing with measures, to check how tall could the giraffe be LOL
I made some doodling around and placed the image and the sentiment on a 3D tape. I also used this tape to lift the whole front of the card.
Thank you for visiting my blog!
Find the wild animal in you and join our fancy challenge.

How to: KISS

Woo hoo, I'm so excited to be a host for the next challenge at
craftycreationschallenges
which is
KISS
and this doesn't concern Valentine Day LOL
We mean to
KEEP IT SIMPLE
Just as simple as possible.
The sponsor for this challenge is

My DT card is very close to my heart, because it's made for my little nephew's B'day. 3rd B'day.
This digi stamp comes from Jellypark and you can find it HERE. It is colored with promarkers. I still cannot find a perfect paper for coloring, sometimes the color 'escapes' out from the lines... Any advice? Please?
Anyway, this digi couldn't be more perfect for this occasion. My nephew is fascinated with trains and everything that has a train on it or is a train, couldn't be ignored. For the background I used an embossing folder and a piece of some designer paper I bought at LIDL.
There's also the name of my nephew - Grzesiu - written on the banners.
The number 3 is placed on a 3D tape. I also used a border die cut from Die-namics.
