This card is for my male friend, who's turning 40-something :D
He is a wine gourmand, so it couldn't be any other way than making a wine card:
I used the wrapping paper bought especially for this purpose:
The idea was to make a 3D card, and the wrapping papers are ideal for this - the motives are repetitious, so you can easily cut them out and place one above the other. I also used a 3D self-adhesive tape.
The grapes are made of flimsy (is this the word?) in a way the kids in a kindergarten do it: squeezing and rolling.
I ddid'n want this card to be overloaded, so I only added two metal elements and a "Happy Birthday" text.
