This should be interesting:
The inspiration was the http://365cards.blogspot.com/2012/03/day-31-stampin-saturday.html challenge: "Stamp a background on your card - using any stamp you'd like - but it must be made up of three different colors"... Hmmm... And here's what I did:
I used a piece of white paper, a piece of folded paper, three pads of ink (yellow, orange and green), embossing transparent powder and a tea light ('cos I have no special devices) ;) Then I inked the folded paper with those three colors and smudged them on the white paper. Next I dredged it with the transparent embossing powder and heated over the candle.
Ta daaaa!
And here's the card I made:
Still have no special markers for coloring the digi stamps, but I hope the effect is tolerable using ordinary school markers :)
This card is also suitable for the following challenges:

Wow, I am impressed with what you did with so few tools. I would not have thought to hear emboss with a candle.
Thanks for sharing your creativity with us at Creative Card Crew.

All you have to remember is not to lower the paper too much, 'cos you can make a little fire and burn the paper... what happened a few times to me in the beginning ;)) Hugs
