How to: celebrate friendship

OMG, it's been a long time I posted any card that was NOT a DT card... Fortunately we are having a winter break from school for the next 2 weeks, so I hope I will start some Easter Cards...

My today's card is a little bit 'spring' mood, too, but it's about friendship. And it's made according to the Friday Sketch Challenge sketch:

I have used a Bugaboo digi stamp I won at one of the challenges. It is called 'Best Friends' and you can buy it HERE. The digi is colored with promarkers and this is one of my first trials with them. The biggest problem for me is hair coloring, but I won't give up!

The sentiment is a quote and it says 'Friendship doubles joy, and makes the pain halved'. It is generated by me at MS Word.

I decided to use finally the glitter stickers that I probably have had forever! I 'made' two balloons using a twine. The sequins are also the oldest ones as well as the gems. The ribbons are recycled from some bouquets.

I believe the Valentine's Day is not only for lovers, but also for the people important in our lives - as our friends are important!
