I created a card using the sponsor's funny image.
When I saw this 'Garden Hose Ants' stamp I knew this is the one perfect for my card. They are hilarious! The stamp is colored with Promarkers and distressed with two distress inks.
I used the My Mind's Eye 'Remarkable' collection, it's so colorful! All the paper edges are distressed with a distress ink. And the sentiment under the stamp says 'Enjoy little things'.
Now the 'Aquapark RODOS' sign need some explanation. As you probably all know, Rodos is a beautiful Greek island.
I live in Poland in an industrial area, where people live mostly in such blocks of flats (and so I do). This is not my block, but it looks like this.
So, there's no garden, no place to sit and enjoy you coffee or tea outside. That's why you can buy something called 'Family Garden', placed in the suburbs of the city. It looks like this - a row of such small gardens.
So, the 'RODOS' could be an abbreviation in Polish for 'Family Gardens Surrounded by Mesh', which is an answer when someone asks you 'Where are you going to spend your holidays?', you can say 'At Rodos'. Especially when you are not going anywhere, 'cause you can't afford it, or you just like it that way.
And that's why I placed the 'Aquapark RODOS' sign on the card, and the explication you can find inside the card. Phew, that's a long story! LOL
