Did I already tell you Friday always starts well? It does! It is probably the most busy day for me (school classes, dance classes and black theatre rehersal), but I love it! Friday means the new challenge starts at

For this challenge I have prepared a B'day card for one of my best friends.

Our sponsor - Delicious Doodles - gave us some stamps to work with, but I have chosen an other one: 'Friends Forever'. I won it in one of the challenges. My friend is keen on horse riding, and she even owns a horse! The image is colored with Promarkers and distressed with ink.

I have chosen brown to be my '+1 color'. It looks quite cool with black and white.

How to: dance charleston

OK, I have to admit it: my post is late because I slept too long. If there were a 'Worldwide Championships in Sleeping' I could proudly participate. And I would probably be in TOP 3!

This card is dedicated to my Best of All Times musical 'Chicago'. I can watch this again and again and it's never boring! That's why I used this dancing couple from our sponsor, feathers, piano, pearls and a film strip washi tape. Not to mention that my actual haircut is quite similar to Velma Kelly's LOL

And, no, I am not gonna make anyone 'run into my knife 10 times' LOL

I've made some distressing to give it more vintage look, because this card seemed to me a little 'naked' without it.

I am using my brand new stamp for this card - a Delicious Doodles's 'Rosalee' - I won 4 stamps lately and they are soooo awesome. Rosalee is being colored with Promarkers.

How to: give the light to the snowman (and why it's not good)

Late, late, LATE! Everything is late! Life can be a badas* sometimes... meh...

My GDT card is using the sponsor's image Snowy Postbox and you can find it HERE. I wanted to use some green this time and here's my card:

The second image is a free coloring page and you can get it HERE. I used a 3D tape for this image to pop it out a little from the card.

I've decided to make some paper piecing, too, and the kid's coat & boots as well as the snowman's hat are pieced from the same paper I used for the background. The digi is colored with coloring pencils, because I wanted it to be delicate as the image in the back.

So, my recipe is:

* 3 designer's papers (as you can see)

* 1 shaggy twine

* 1 circle of snowflakes from Sizzix

* 1 bad snowman smokin a pipe (which is dangerous for him, 'cos he's gonna melt! This is what happens when you smoke a pipe!) LOL
