How to: celebrate B'day in vintage style

Hello again, coming back with another card, this time for a brand new challenge at

Our lovely Janette has chosen the theme of

Forget Valentines for a moment, there are surely some people celebrating their B'days in February!

When I saw the digis we've been generously given to work with, I knew that it has to be a vintage card. And here it is.

For my card I have chosen 'Sadie Hat Lady' digi stamp. It's colored with Promarkers, distressed and stamped all around.

I have to admit I made her less 'SADie', than she originally was LOL I've taken out some forgotten dies, too. All of the embellishments are from my stash.

There is no sentiment in the front, I have totally forgotten to take pic inside the card, where the 'Happy B'day' sentiment is stamped. Well, you have to believe me.
