Anna's Handmade Cards: A Creative Need

Sooooooo, onto my card.

My hands were itching for coloring my first own Magnolia's rubber stamp, so I combined two stamps: rubber and digital. Tradition meets modern, people!

I am using the Magnolia's stamp 'Sweet Christmas Tilda', but I think it could be used for other occassions, too. The second stamp is from our sponsor and it's called 'Snow Globe with Snowman'. To make the globe more realistic, I've used a transparent glossy accent.

Both stamps are colored with Promarkers.

There's also this hidden tag with a FIMO clay ornament and a sentiment 'Merry X-mas'

The little tags are from Joy Crafts and I've made them from scraps.

My DT card is CAS style (I guess it is!), and it's been inspired by

I really like combining challenges! So, here's my card:

I used the sponsor's image Blossom Bouquet. First I colored the image with promarkers and cut into pieces.

Then I made some kind of a triptych. I also added a bow just like in the sketch.

The sentiment says 'Best wishes for Mum' and these are classic rubber stamps: both whole sentiment and separate letters.

The mesh used as a background is a... yeah, right, I forgot the name of it! Anyway, this is one of the first things I bought when I decided to start cardmaking.
